| 摘 要： | 菜窖工程是果蔬物流的一种新模式,即利用我国北方地区寻常百姓冬季用来储存果蔬的地窖(即菜窖),作为果蔬物流过程中的仓储节点,发挥农商对接联合经营的优点,通过建立果蔬管理信息平台,将各个农户分散的菜窖联合起来,统一管理,统一配送。实践证明,菜窖工程投资少、见效快、低碳环保、超低消耗。

| Abstract: | The vegetable cellar engineering is a new mode of fruit and vegetable logistics,which makes use of the cellars,traditionally utilized to store fruits and vegetables in the winter in the northern regions of China,as the storing node of fruit and vegetable logistics,exploiting the joint management’s advantages of agriculture and commerce,with unified management of the scattered cellars and unified distribution of products by building a management information platform of fruits and vegetables.As is proved in practice,the vegetable cellar engineering is of low investment,quick effect,low carbon-dioxide emission and low energy consumption. |
