| 摘 要： | 在以理性分歧为特征的现代多元主义条件下,公共理性成了当代西方政治哲学方法转向中的一个关键概念。一些学者试图从霍布斯式的公共理性观念中获取灵感,但这种观念是建立在纯粹的强力之上的,没有任何认知与伦理的基础,同时它在本质上仍然是私人性的,而不是公共的。当代公共理性以认知和伦理之维为其内部的构成性要素,以强力为最终的外部保障,但它的认知方面仅仅在于,它在认知能力上不逊于其他认知方式,而其真正的优越性则在其伦理之维。结果,公共理性的辩护方式意味着真理与辩护之间的某种距离。
