我国西部少数民族地区是经济发展起点较低,增长较难的区域。从经济增长、社会稳定和可持续发展的共同要求来看,该区域需要培育自我发展能力。在探讨发展通道经济对培育西部少数民族地区自我发展能力的影响基础上,提出发展通道经济,培育西部少数民族地区自我发展能力的对策。

To Cultivate the Self-development Capacity of Western Minority Nationality Regions through Developing Passage Economy

Western minority nationality regions have relatively weak economic foundation and face many difficulties in maintaining economic development.From the common demands of economic growth,social stability and sustainable development,these regions need to build their self-development capacity.On the basis of discussing the impacts of developing passage economy on the self-development capacity in western minority nationality regions,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to develop the passage economy and to cultivate the self-development capacity in western minority nationality regions.
