劳动争议处理程序存在的问题及解决

<劳动争议调解仲裁法>的出台对我国现行的劳动争议处理程序进行了较大幅度的改革,解决了长期困扰我国劳动争议处理的周期过长、申请仲裁时效过短和争议处理成本过高等问题.但是,我国"一裁两审"的劳动争议处理模式没有根本改变,其带来的问题仍然制约着我国劳动争议及时、有效的处理.因此.应当结合我国的国情,改革我国的劳动争议处理体制,充分利用当前的资源,处理好眼前利益和长远目标,明确各阶段的改革目标,完善劳动争议处理程序.
