| 摘 要： | 党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛为总书记的新一届中央领导集体,继续秉承我们党的一贯方针和优良传统,对切实保障广大人民群众的劳动权高度重视和关注.本文从切实保障人民群众劳动就业权、安全生产权、劳动报酬权以及工会组织建设等四个方面探讨了以胡锦涛为总书记的新一届中央领导集体切实保障人民群众的劳动权思想.

| Abstract: | After the 16th CPC Congress,the new Central Leading Group where Mr Hu Jingtao is chosen to be secretary continues to inherit and carry on the consistent policy and fine tradition of our party,pays high attention and concerns to guaranteeing the rights related to work of the people practically.This article discusses the idea of new Central Leading Group where Mr Hu Jingtao is chosen to be secretary guaranteeing the rights related to work from four aspects of ensuring the rights of employment,safe operating,payment and constructing committee organization practically. |
