| 摘 要： | 中国资本市场中介机构与中国资本市场发展现状相比相对落后。投资银行尽管与资本市场同时起步,但发展缓慢,组织结构和业务范围都处在不断规范调整之中;其他中介机构则起步较晚,目前还处于初级整合阶段。因此,现阶段中介机构在中国资本市场还远未发挥其应有的作用。

| Abstract: | Medium organizations are lagged behind the development of Chinese capital market. Although started at the same time as capital market, investment banks developed slowly, organization structure and business range are far from standard; meantime, other medium organizations appeared quite late and are still in their primitive stage. Therefore, medium organizations have not played their roles well yet. |
