| 摘 要： | 在归纳现有文献中对企业国际化的不同界定的基础上，总结了企业国际化行为的研究框架，并以该框架为基础对企业国际化的国外研究结论进行了综述。最后，对目前国外的相关研究进行了评述和展望。
