| 摘 要： | 在对贫困的概念和内涵分析讨论的基础上,提出我国农村贫困的基本特征是:(1)经济贫困与环境贫困共存;(2)经济贫困与文化贫困共存;(3)返贫现象比较严重。因此应纠正反贫困工作中的偏差,提高对扶贫开发工作的思想认识,增强农业造血功能,促进农业自强。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the concept and intension of poverty,the characteristics of the poverty of China's rural areas are pointed out as follows:(1)coexistence of poverty in both economy and environment;(2)coexistence of poverty in both economy and culture;(3)a serious re-impoverishment.Therefore,certain deviations in implementing poverty-relief should be corrected and the relations between relief and development be handled properly,so as to enable agriculture to get strong by itself. |
