| 摘 要： | 中小企业融资难的问题已得到了社会各界的普遍关注,通过分析中小金融机构的竞争优势,提出应加快发展中小金融机构,扶持中小企业发展。同时,中小金融机构的发展也呈现出一定的问题,本文进而提出从外部制度建设和内部加强金融营销,来加快中小金融机构的发展,促进中小企业发展。

| Abstract: | The financial difficulty has caused much public concern. By analyzing the competitive advantages of small and medium financial institutes, the paper proposes to develop the small and medium financial institutes so as to help the small and medium enterprises. In order to solve the problems in the development of small and medium financial institutes, the paper argues for the opinion that small and medium financial institutes could be developed by laying down rules externally and strengthening the financial marketing internally. |
