社会主义新农村建设与农村社会政策的实施

改革开放20多年来,在经济获得巨大发展的同时,城乡差距也在逐渐拉大。在十六届五中全会上,“建设社会主义新农村”被明确提出来。作为以公正为理念依据、以解决社会问题、增进社会的整体福利为主要目的社会政策在社会主义新农村的建设中扮演着重要的角色,尤其是在统筹城乡协调发展、发展农村中小企业以及探索农业合作化道路、推广农村职业教育培训和建立农村信息服务体系等方面,都是有着积极意义的。

The Construction of New Socialist Countrysides and the Implementation of Social Policies

It has been more than twenty years since open and reform.With the great development of economy,the gap between cities and countrisides is becoming wider and wider."Constructing the new socialist countryside" was put forward at the 5th session of the 16 Congress of CPC.Its idea is justness and its main intention is to solve the social problems and promote the social welfare.Social policies play an important role in it,especially in the harmonious development between the town and country,in developing the middium-and-small-sized corporation and their cooperation,in widening the secondary education,and in creating information servicethe system.
