论让更多群众拥有财产性收入

近年来，财产性收入逐渐成为群众收入的重要组成部分。创造条件增加广大群众财产性收入，成为当前我国收入分配制度改革的一个重要方面。就我国目前城乡居民财产性收入两极分化、渠道有限、收入总量不高、发展不均衡及财产性收入覆盖面不广等问题，要让更多的群众拥有财产性收入，必须加快经济发展、调整收入分配制度、完善有关财产权的法律法规、建立和完善适合中国国情的多层次资本市场体系，加强全民教育。
