出口退税政策调整对林产品出口企业的影响及对策分析——以竹制品出口企业为例

出口退税政策是国家宏观调控的一种重要手段，对一国的对外贸易发展具有举足轻重的作用。本文针对2008年我国出口退税政策的调整，特别是提高了部分林产品出口退税税率，从竹制品出口企业的出口规模、生产能力、利润获得等方面分析了出口退税率上调对竹制品出口企业产生的有利影响和潜在的不利影响，并提出了提高产品的技术含量和附加值、重视国外技术性贸易壁垒问题、利用政府部门制定的扶持政策和做好应对进口商降价要求的准备等对策。
