| 摘 要： | 生态灾难的发生与人类社会没有正确处理人与自然的关系有着密切的关系。因此,要控制生态灾难的发生,就需要人类重新反思自己的社会理性、价值观、发展观,并从社会的监督机制、经济制度、法律制度、道德建设与思想教育等途径共同努力。
