| 摘 要： | 人类要想更好地生存必须发展,而发展离不开科学技术的支撑.在全球化背景下,科学技术的突飞猛进为人类带来了实实在在的利益,同时也带来许多负面影响.因此,坚持以科学发展观为指导,正确认识和处理科学技术,社会发展与社会和谐之间的关系,意义重大而深远.

| Abstract: | Human beings must develop if they want to live a better life.Their development needs the support of science and technology.Under the background of globalization,the rapid progress of science and technology has brought great benefits for human beings as well as many negative effects.Therefore it is significant to correctly understand and deal with the connections between science and technology and social development and harmony,adhering to be directed by scientific concept of development. |
