| 摘 要： | 发展观作为人类观念的一种,对于发展有着极为重要的引导作用。贵州省应该树立怎样的发展观才能达成“富民兴黔”的任务呢?只有在认清市场和资源已成为发展的主要因素的前提之下,重新构建自己的理论体系,改变其规划重点和转变观念,才可能实现奋斗的目标。

| Abstract: | The view of development,as one of the views of human being,plays an important guiding role in the development. We should understand that market and resources have become the predominant factors affecting development. Under such prerequisite, we should set up our own theoretical system and reform the planning focus. Only in this way can Guizhou province reach the target of "revitalizing Qian and enriching the people". |
