中国国际政治学学科建设的回顾与思考

1963年12月中共中央关于加强外国问题研究文件下发后,北京大学、中国人民大学、复旦大学三校的国际政治系以及国家有关外国问题研究机构的建立是中国国际政治学学科诞生的标志。40多年来,中国国际政治学经历了起步、补课、发展和创新四个阶段。未来中国国际政治学的学科建设一要坚持国际问题研究的国家特色;二要弄清“权利政治”的核心,从新的视角研究国际问题;三要抓住首要问题,科学界定国际问题研究中的“定位、定向、定标”问题。

Reflects on Disciplinary Construction of the International Politics in China

The Chinese Government issued a document named" On Strengthening the Research on Foreign Affairs in China"in December of 1963, and meanwhile Peking University, People's University and Fudan University subsequently established their respective departments of international politics and some research centers were also set up, which heralded the beginning of Chinese international politics research. Up to now, the International Politics Research of China has undergone four basic phases such as starting, vacancy-filling, developing and innovating. The author insists that for the sake of improving the disciplinary construction of international politics research in China, we should take the following three major issues into considerations: firstly our researchers should keep firm stand to its national feature; secondly it should be a "right politics-centered" and newly-inspected research branch; thirdly and lastly it adheres to the preliminary issues of the research and defines the positioning, orienting and goal-setting of the international politics research in a scientific way.
