| 摘 要： | 文章从三个方面就中国共产党内部民主与专断的较量问题作了探讨。认为中国共产党具有光荣的民主传统 ,但也曾出现三次民主与专断的较量 ;宏扬党内民主 ,抵制个人专断 ,必须健全党的集体领导制度和民主集中制 ,高度警惕封建残余思想的死灰复燃 ;反对任何形式的个人崇拜

| Abstract: | This article made discussion on the trials of strength between democracy within the cpc and arbitary decision from three aspects.The author thinks that the cpc has glory's democratic traditions and also the three trial of strength between democracy within the cpc and arbitary decision.Encouraging democracy in side the cpc and combating arbitary decision of the individual must make perfect of collective leadership and democratic centralism,especially watch out for the ideolgy of fuedal vestiges and oppose the any form of cult of the individual. |
