| 摘 要： | 为了实现公关目标，英语在国外公关实务活动中，遵循着一定的规律，并产生了一些“成品”，可称之为公关英语。引进这些公关英语“成品”是对外往来的需要，它能使我们的交际工具更具有艺术性、更接近于国际惯例。

| Abstract: | English language in western countries has been following its speial way and rules that is trying to be perfect and efficient in business contact. Therefore and model English meet the needs. It is advised to call it public - relationship English. Introduce the model English languageswhich will make our communication tool more skillful, and more international conventions. It is the urgent need for our opening market to the outside World. |
