论社会工作者核心素质的培养——以“需求结构”为分析视角

社会工作教育的需求结构十分复杂,保障教育对象的核心素质是平衡各方需求的关键。但目前专业教育水平与社会工作者的素质要求尚不相匹配。高等学校要抓住发展机遇,发挥教育协会的指导作用,完善区域合作机制,强化自身主体地位,通过开展教育教学改革,不断提高社会工作者的核心素质。

On the Training of Social Worker＇s Core Quality：Taking ＂Demand Structure＂ as the Breakthrough Point

It＇s very complex for the social work education＇s demand structure.The key to balance the needs of the parties is to ensure the education object＇s core quality.But at present,the professional education level and social worker＇s quality requirements still don＇t match.Colleges and universities should seize opportunities for the development,play the guiding role of China Association for Social Work Education,improve the mechanism of regional cooperation,strengthen dominant position and continually improve the core quality of social worker through carrying out the reform of education and teaching.
