质性研究方法在社会工作实践中的应用——以成长向导项目为例

在社会工作专业的大学生参与的成长向导项目中,质性研究方法如访谈法和观察法,是塑造向导和受导者良好关系的重要手段;对于赢得"守门员"的支持起着重要作用;是每位向导重新审视和定位自己的重要途径。研究进一步发现,成长向导与质性研究在价值理念方面具备内在的统一。这说明质性研究方法是社会工作专业实践的重要工具和手段。

The Application of Qualitative Method in the Practice of Social Work： Based on the Programme of Guide of Growth

In the programme of Guide of growth,Interview method and observational method are very important.By using these methods,the relationship of the guides and the clients were getting along well with each other;and also the guide could get the support of the Goalkeeper.Every guide looked at themselves by the same way again.It was found that the programme and the qualitative research had the same essences.Therefore,we could conclude that qualitative methods are the main means by which college students majoring in social work participate in practices.
