The Balanced Scorecard Explore the Application of Social Service Organizations

This paper discusses the application of Balanced Scorecard in the organization of social services, through the examination and analysis of the institutional and external environment, and at the same time consider the agency＇s mission, values and vision, the Balanced Scorecard ＂customer＂, ＂internal processes the four basic dimensions of balance＂, ＂learning and growth＂ and ＂financial resources＂ to co-ordinate the strategic goals of the design agency.
