| 摘 要： | 加强社区建设,是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。它是社会主义现代化建设的迫切要求,是"以人为本"理念的重要体现,是社会主义民主政治建设的重要途径。要开展社区建设,就必须建立专业的社区工作队伍,提高社区管理水平;加强社区规范化建设,完善社区管理体制;引导社区自治,增强居民的社区认同感;鼓励社区志愿者的参与,推动社区精神文明建设;培育非政府组织,促进社区建设的社会化。

| Abstract: | The construction of socialist harmonious society must be based on strengthening community construction.It meets the idea of people-oriented,is the urgent requirement of socialist modernization construction,is the important way for socialist democratic politics construction.It need establish professional community work team to improve community management level,strengthen community construction to perfect the community management system;guide community autonomy to enhance the inhabitants of the community recognition;encourage the participation of community volunteers to promote the construction of community spiritual civilization;develop non-governmental organizations to promote the socialization. |
