| Abstract: | Employment target is a basic issue determining the cardinal trend of employment policy and employment structure and prospect of a nation. Under the condition of market economy, employment target should be summarized as “Be active and independent in employment, gain various benefits, achieve social equity and accelerate full employment”. Employment problems should be investigated from various angles, and combined with various benefits. |
