缩小贫富差距 构建和谐社会

贫富分化过大会影响经济结构的优化,导致需求不足从而形成经济萎缩,还容易引起社会的动荡不稳。构建社会主义和谐社会,必须缩小社会成员过大的收入差距。要充分关注社会低收入群体,完善社会保障体系;始终把解决“三农”问题作为和谐社会建设的重要任务;必须从法律上、制度上、政策上努力营造公平的社会环境;应把构建利益均衡机制作为抑制当前我国社会贫富趋向扩大的重要手段。

To Reduce Polarization Between the Rich and Poor and to Construct Harmonious Society

Polarization between the rich and poor will influence the optimiz at ion of economic structure and then leads to inadequate need and then economics shrinks.It will cause turbulent society.To construct socialist harmonious society must reduce the income gap between social members.We must focus on the low-income group and improve social insurance system and always take the problems of agriculture,farm and countryside as an important task in the construction of harmonious society.Fair social environment must be created in the levels of law,system and policy.The construction of profit balance mechanism should be an important measure to control polarization between the rich and poor.
