| 摘 要： | 文章认为造成农民贫困现象的原因是多方面的,但不合理的制度是重要原因之一,农民贫困在很大程度上,源于主流社会设计的不合理制度。因此研究农民的贫困现象,必须要研究不合理制度对农民利益的剥夺。文章分析了针对农民的不合理制度的表现形式,提出建设社会主义新农村必须要进行制度创新,赋予农民与市民平等的权利。

| Abstract: | The article maintains that there are multiple reasons for the poverty of farmers,and biased policy is a major one.To a large degree,farmer's poverty is a result of the flawed mainstream system design.Therefore,the research of farmer' poverty necessitates the study of deprival of farmer's rights and benefits.This paper profiles the form of flawed policies against the farmers,claiming that institutional innovation has to be done so as to empower farmers with equal rights and benefits. |
