以特殊政策，促特色发展——新世纪新阶段贵州民族教育改革与发展调查思考

“十五”以来,贵州民族教育改革与发展呈现出新的特点,取得了巨大成绩。但通过实地调查,我们发现我省民族教育仍然存在着一些特殊困难和问题。结合贵州实际,文章提出以科学发展观统领民族教育工作全局,继续采取特殊政策,实施“振兴贵州民族教育十年规划”,突出特色,实现民族教育科学发展和跨越式发展的基本思路。
