COMMENTS ON SUSTAINABLE GROWTH OF SPIRITUAL PRODUCTIVE FORCES

As a term indicating rich human resources, spirtual productive forces is generally reflected in the level of national comprehensive qualities. It is of great importance to increase economic efficiency, promote the long-term development of national economy and quicken the construction of the market system. Furthermore, this paper holds that the effective ways to obtain sustainable growth of the forces are to develop the country by relying on science & education, arouse a healthy spirit in the whole society and build a favorable atmosphere.
