摘    要:实施大学生增负是新时代高等教育强基固本的有效举措,主要关涉教学双方的利益博弈。在大学生功利性学习和非理性评教条件下,增负实施陷入囚徒困境。地方性院校大三学生增负实施情况的调查数据显示,大学生增负有效实施率整体水平不高。大学生功利性学习对增负实施产生抑制效应,非理性评教对增负实施具有显著负向影响,两者的交互作用对增负实施产生更大的抑制效应。转变大学生功利性学习倾向,完善学生评教制度,是走出大学生增负实施困境的有效途径。

Abstract:Implementing the academic burden of college students is an effective measure to strengthen the foundation of higher education in the new era,which mainly involves the game of interests between the teacher and students.Under the condition of utilitarian learning and irrational evaluation of teaching,the implementation falls into prisoner’s dilemma.Using the survey data of the implementation of junior college students in local colleges,the results show that the overall level of the effective implementation of the academic burden is not high.Utilitarian learning of college students has a restraining effect on implementing the academic burden,while the irrational evaluation of teaching has a significant negative impact,and the interaction between the two has a greater restraining effect.It is an effective way out of the dilemma to change their utilitarian learning tendency and improve their evaluation system.
