| 摘 要： | 新加坡是国际金融中心和航运中心，新加坡政府不遗余力地促进本国航运业的发展，目前，已经有数家海事信托在新加坡证券交易所上市，这种航运融资的创新，不单对本国航运业的发展有积极的影响，也稳固了新加坡作为世界航运中心的地位，对新加坡海事信托的探寻有助于我们创新设计适合本国的船舶融资模式，合理地促进我国国际航运中心的建设。

| Abstract: | Singapore is an international financial center and shipping center,and the Singapore government spares no effort to promote the development of national shipping industry,and currently has a number of maritime trusts lis-ted on the Singapore Stock Exchange.These shipping finance innovations will not only have positive effect for the development of national shipping industry,but also reinforce Singapore’s position as a world shipping center.The study of Singapore Maritime Trust helps us to explore innovative designs suited to their ship financing model,and will reasonably promote the construction of an international shipping center. |
