本文深入剖析了2007年起始的国际金融危机的必然性及其根源，述评了各主要经济体出台的应对政策，并从七个方面分析了这些政策措施对后危机时代的影响。国际社会应对金融危机的经验教训为我国的经济金融发展提供了前车之鉴，文章最后结合我国的实际情况提出了十条有针对性的建议。

Enlightenments of Dealing with International Financial Crisis and Preventing Financial Risks

This paper analyzes in depth the inevitability and causes of international financial crisis which began from 2007,and reviews the policies of major economies in dealing with the crisis. The author from the seven aspects measures the impacts of these policies on the post-crisis era. Other economies give the meaningful lessons for China's economic and financial development. Finally,10 targeted recommendations are put forward according to the actual situation in China.
