| 摘 要： | 人民性是判断某种理论、政策、制度或实践是否符合唯物史观的分析范式。人民性是全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标的本质,因为人民性不仅贯穿于全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标的提出、实现的全过程,而且还渗透在全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标的方方面面。它集中地体现在全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标的出发点、动力观、判断标准和价值取向上。

| Abstract: | The affinity to the people is an analytic type that judges whether a certain theory, policy, system or practice accords with Historical Materialism. The affinity to the people is the essence of objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way, because it not only pierces through the whole process of proposing and realizing the objectives, but also runs through every aspect of the objectives. It is concentrated on its starting point, ideas of motivation, criterion and value orientations. |
