| Abstract: | By contrasting the incomes acquired via the strategies at different effort levels by entrepreneurs and investors,this paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of the enterprises to achieve Pareto Optimality and it estimates the interval of distribution coefficient.The findings will be of good referential value for the study of income distribution in entrepreneurial company. |
