一般自我效能感量表(NGSES)信、效度研究

对Chen G,Gully M,Eden D在2001年新编制的一般自我效能感量表(NGSES)进行翻译和信效度研究,为后续研究提供一个信效度较好的工具。根据量表的修订方法,在互联网上发放问卷,对407人进行测试,对数据进行项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果表明,量表的项目分析结果:8个题目与总量表的相关系数分布在0.668～0.805,项目的高低分组T检验显著差异;量表的内部一致性系数为0.872,斯皮尔曼—布朗校正后的分半信度系数为0.811;探索性因素分析:提取出1个特征根大于1的因素,累计解释方差变异量为53%,各题在维度上的贡献率在0.65～0.817之间;验证性因素分析,X2检验值为0.028,X2/df=1.683,PNFI=0.659,GFI=0.960,NFI=0.941,CFI=0.975,TLI=0.965,RMS-ER为0.057,数据支持Chen G等的理论假设。翻译过来的自我效能量表区分度和信效度均达到了心理测量学的要求,可在相关研究和实践领域使用。

Reliability and Validity of New General Self-efficacy Scale(NGSSE)

Objective: To translate and study the New General Self-efficacy Scale which has higher reliability and validity that establish in 2001 by Chen G etc.And form a good tool for another research.Methods: According to the scale of the revised of method,a questionnaire on the Internet,there are 407 people had a test,analysis of Chinese reliability and validity.Results: The subject analysis showed 8 subjects with total score’s correlation coefficients was 0.668-0.805,the level of the project group T-test was significant differences;scale’s internal consistency coefficient was 0.872,Spearman-Brown corrected the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.811;exploratory factor analysis extracted one factor which eigenvalue greater than 1,the cumulative variance explained variance was 53%,each question on the contribution of the dimension between the 0.65-0.817;confirmatory factor analysis,X2 test value of 0.028,X2/df = 1.683,PNFI = 0.659,GFI = 0.960,NFI = 0.941,CFI = 0.975,TLI = 0.965,RMSER=0.057,and suit for the theoretical assumption that Chen G argue.Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the new general self-efficacy scale Chinese version met the need of psychometrics well,and could be used in the related research and practice.
