| 摘 要： | 公平与效率问题是现代社会发展理论与实践中的焦点问题.人们关于公平与效率关系的研究视角和价值判断与其社会发展观的背景是契合的.只有实现从以物为中心的发展观向以人为中心的发展观的转变后,公平与效率才能在全新的视界和评价尺度中消解对立,实现整合.

| Abstract: | The issue of fairness and efficiency is a focal point in theory and practice of modern social development. People's angle of view of study and value judgment on the relationship between fairness and efficiency agree with their background of view of development. Only when the center of view of development has been changed from matter to human, can the opposition between fairness and efficiency be eliminated, and can they be integrated in an entirely new visual field and the measurement of evaluation. |
