| 摘 要： | 经龚伯兹曲线模型判定,目前我国海洋生物医药业、海洋矿业、海水利用业等处于成长期,海洋电力业处于初创期.据此,在我国海洋四大战略性新兴产业发展方面,政府应积极贯彻落实国家发展政策与规划,加大财税金融政策的扶持;促进产业集聚,扩大产业规模,加强自主创新,完善产业技术结构.

| Abstract: | By building the growth curve model Gong Pas to determine the selected four stages of the marine strategic emerging industries,the test results showed that：Chinese marine bio-pharmaceutical in-dustry,marine mining,water use,such as in a growing industry,electric power industry in the ocean start-up period.Make specific suggestions for each stage of the industry,namely the promotion of industrial agglomeration,expand the industrial scale,strengthen independent innovation,improve the structure of industrial technology,and implement development policies and planning at the national level,increasing the support for fiscal and financial policies of the government. |
