劳动力迁移对区域间经济增长差距的影响

劳动力迁移会先扩大再缩小不同区域间经济增长的差距.用计量经济学方法估计我国近年来各省市的GDP生产函数模型,并结合各省市的具体劳动和资本投入数据,可以确定劳动投入与人均GDP同方向变化的关系,即劳动投入增加/减少时人均GDP同样增加/减少.结合对2006-2010年各省的劳动力净流入量与人均GDP水平之间关系的考察,证实较高/低的人均GDP水平会有正/负的劳动力流入,即我国正处于劳动力迁移扩大区域间经济增长差距的阶段.为避免区域间差距的过度扩大,建议对经济落后省份加大资本投入,使其劳动力净流出带来人均GDP和人均收入的上升;提高落后地区的劳动力边际收益,引导人力资本的区域内聚集和流动.

The Impact of Labor Migration on Regional Disparities in Economic Growth

Abstrat：Labor migration will first expand then narrow the gap between different areas of economic growth.First,the GDP production function model of China＇s provinces and cities in recent years is esti-mated by econometric methods.Then combine the provinces of concrete labor and capital inputs data,we can determine that,labor input and per capita GDP change in the same direction,that is,when the labor input increases or decreases,the per capita GDP also increased or decreased.Combined the study of rela-tionship between net inflows of labor and the level of GDP per capita （2006-2010 provinces）,it is con-firmed that the high/low levels of per capita GDP will cause positive/negative labor inflow ,and China is in the stage when labor migration is widening the gap of inter-regional economic growth.In order to a-void excessive expansion of inter-regional disparities,we recommend to increase capital investment in e-conomically backward provinces,so net outflow of labor brings rising of per capita GDP and per capita in-come;improve workforce marginal benefit in backward areas to promote human capital accumulation and flow inside the region.
