| 摘 要： | 解决当前大学生就业问题的关键之一是培养科学的择业观.针对当前大学生择业观的现状及存在的问题应采取一系列培养对策。政府应为大学生充分就业提供有力的政策支持;高校应把就业指导贯穿于大学学习的全过程;学生应积极适应社会需要,立志报效祖国等等。

| Abstract: | The current employment environment requires a new career path for graduating students and their new look at employment.This paper proses a few suggestions that will help graduating students choose their career.The government should give policy support,university should run the counseling service throughout students' university education,and students should better understand the employment environment and adapt themselves to this environment. |
