| 摘 要： | 文章在揭示人类社会发展的一般规律的基础上,进一步深入研究并揭示了执政党执政的普遍规律,指出“民主与改革”是政权巩固的基础,是跳出黄炎培先生所讲的“周期率”的根本途径。中国共产党在遵循社会发展规律和普遍执政规律的基础上,还应遵循自身的特殊规律。探索和掌握这些特殊规律,是探索的落脚点和最终目的。文章从六个方面揭示了这些特殊规律。
