| 摘 要： | 主要考察了地区差别与居民收入总体差别的关系和地区差别对总体收入差别的贡献。利用本文提出的地区集中指数和地区贡献率指标,估计中国地区差距对总体居民收入差距贡献为28.9%,这种贡献主要来源于高收入人群在高收入地区的人口集中。所以,缩小地区差距政策的重点应是促进低收入地区高收入人群的形成。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the contribution of regional inequality to the total income inequality and its significance for policy making. The indexes of regional concentration index and contribution rate are put forward and the results show that the contribution rate is 28.9 percent in China. Further more, the paper points out that the contribution originates mainly from the regional concentration of the persons with high incomes instead of those with low incomes. In order to decrease regional inequality, the key facfor in the process of policy making is to increcse the number of people with high incomes in backward regions. |
