在环境气候恶化、恐怖主义、金融危机等全球性问题日益加剧的背景下,大国努力合作承担国际责任已成为国际社会的共识。然而关于什么是大国责任以及如何履行大国责任的问题却并未取得一致。从新近衍生的现实建构主义的视角看,大国责任应被理解为共有观念与特定权力结构的共同产物。而有效履行大国责任,则需要摆脱理想主义和现实主义的传统偏见,以折中的(现实建构主义的)态度来面对和解决。
