| 摘 要： | 作者认为江泽民提出的"三个代表"思想,是对历史唯物主义关于社会发展评价尺度体系（生产力尺度、制度尺度、人的全面发展尺度）的丰富和发展。它构成了社会发展评价尺度体系的理论基础,对我们建构经济与社会协调发展的科学发展观,有着十分重要的意义。
