| 摘 要： | 社会转型的新时期对新建地方本科院校的思想政治理论课教学提出了更高的要求，新建地方本科院校应认真总结当前思想政治理论课教育教学实际工作中存在的问题，探索解决相关问题的具体对策，增强思想政治理论课的教学实效，从而为社会主义建设事业培养合格的建设人才做出应有贡献。

| Abstract: | The social reforming new time set a higher request to the newly built place undergraduate course colleges and universities thought politics theory class teaching, newly-established local colleges should conscientiously sum up the current ideological and political theory course teaching problems in the practical work, exploring concrete strategies to address issues related to, and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course teaching, for the construction of training qualified talents and make due contribution to the cause of Socialist construction. |
