| 摘 要： | 公用房地产是固定资产的重要组成部分，是高校事业发展的重要物质基础，是促进教学科研的基本保障，其存量大，分布广，种类复杂，管理难度大，传统的手工管理模式已经无法适应高校公用房地产管理工作的要求。。因此充分运用现代信息技术，以校园网为依托，建设公用房地产信息化体系统，实现管理工作的现代化、规范化和科学化。

| Abstract: | Public housing estate is the important component of fixed assets, the development of higher education, as well as the basic guarantee to promote teaching key basis for and scientific research. Because of its large stock, wide distribution, complex kinds and difficult management, traditional manual management mode is not capable for management of university public housing estate any longer. Therefore, making the best of modem information technique, relying on the campus network, public housing estate information system is constructed to realize the modem, normalized and scientific management. |
