高校领导干部选拔任用机制探析

摘    要:随着高等教育改革的深入和大众化教育的逐步推进 ,对高校内部管理提出了更高的要求 ,好的领导体制是做好管理工作的前提和基础。结合高校干部管理工作的实际 ,对高校领导干部选拔任用的管理机制、任用机制和监督机制进行了探讨。

Abstract:The deepening reform of China's higher education and the gradual implementation of popular education have set higher demands on collegiate internal management,as a good leading system is a prerequisite and basis for good management.In this paper,in light of the practice of collegiate cadre management,an explorative discussion is made of the mechanism of selecting,appointing,and supervising collegiate leading cadres.
