| 摘 要： | 当代社会的发展对大学生的职业素质提出较高的要求。从高等职业教育和社会发展需求出发,指出高职院校学生职业素质培养应遵循前瞻性、全程性、发展性原则,通过加强师资队伍建设、采用灵活的教学形式、注重学生主动意识和创新意识的培养、建立有效的测评机制来提高学生的职业素质。

| Abstract: | From higher needs of vocational education and social development,this paper discusses vocational College teachers cultivate students' professional quality to be followed the forward-looking,the whole and devel-opment principles.By strengthening the building of the contingent of teachers and adopting flexible teaching me-thods,the paper focuses on the students' awareness of the culture and sense of innovation and establishes effective evaluation mechanisms to improve their professional quality. |
