| 摘 要： | 职业培训是终身教育体系中重要的教育阶段,属于非学历教育的一部分。在职业培训中应该坚持教育公平的原则。反思当前我国职业培训中存在的诸多不公平现象,其症结在于立法定位不明和机制不灵。就立法定位而言,职业培训教育公平坚持结果公平和弱势补偿原则;就立法机制而言,我国应该制定一部专门的《职业培训法》,构建由国家、社会和企业共同承担职业培训费用的保障机制。
