| 摘 要： | 在江泽民同志就创新问题所发表的一系列谈话中，蕴涵着丰富而又精深的创新思想。其主要内容包括：创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力，也是一个政党永葆生机的源泉；创新，包括理论创新、体制创新、科技创新及其他创新；创新的关键是人才，培养创新人才要靠教育，靠全面实施素质教育，尤其是创新教育；要建立企业技术创新机制，积极推进科技体制、教育体制和经济体制的配套改革，进一步扩大对外开放，坚持自主创新，促进全社会共同参与并支持创新，在全社会真正形成推动创新工作的有效机制；要建立中国自己的国家创新体系，全面增强国家创新能力。

| Abstract: | The main points of Jiang zemin's theory of innovation include that the innovation is a spirit for national improvement;the innovation is a dynamic force for national development and a root for an evergreen party.Innovation arena includes theoretic innovation,system innovation and science and tech innovation.As talent is a vital key to innovation,we must educate and train innovative talent people.For establishing our national innovation system and strengthening national innovation capacity,we must set up enterprises'tech innovation mechanism,promote related reforms and outward opening and strive for support on innovation work from all the societies. |
