多元社会条件下的道德应答

转型期利益格局多元化、个人主体性凸显,中国社会呈现出价值取向、生活方式走向多元化的态势,而我们的道德体系建设在一定程度上仍停留在传统的一元社会的层面上,处处以过去的道德标准衡量今天的事物。正是这种道德脱节现象导致了道德社会内聚力和社会动员力的减弱,出现了社会成员行为缺乏明确的规范约束力,甚至呈现出某种混乱与无序的局面。站在社会发展的视角,面对关乎社会文明进步的道德向心力减弱问题,要求我们必须在许多方面更新观念,把注意力集中到如何使道德建设能够满足改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的新要求上来,针对多元社会做出道德应答,重塑道德的社会内聚力和动员力。

Some Suggestions on Moral Construction in the Multiple Society of China

During the period of social transformation,multiplex value orientation and life style are emerging in Chinese society with diversified interest patterns and protruded individual subjectivity, but the construction of our moral system still keeps in the traditional level,weighing things today with old moral standards. This disjunction of morals has weakened the moral cohesion and mobilization in the society. Some members of different social classes behave themselves with less explicit and standard disciplines and chaotic states have appeared. To improve the moral centripetal force which affects the development of societal civilization, we should renew ideas in many aspects, focus our attention on how to enable the moral reconstruction to satisfy the reform and open policy and develop the socialist market economy, by which makes moral replies in the multiple society and remolds the social moral cohesive force and mobilization strength.
