音乐教师课堂应激心理及自我调适

随着音乐教育改革的不断深入，音乐教育的情感性特征得到了充分的重视，学生的学习心理研究日趋全面，但是对于音乐教师的心理研究却相对匮乏。作为教师心理的重要研究部分，音乐教师应激心理在课堂教学中对学生的学习状况及学习结果有着巨大的影响，同时也影响教师工作绩效和身心健康，本文就音乐教师课堂的应激表现及应激源的归因，探索音乐教师课堂应激心理自我调适的手段。
