接受美学视阈下的湘菜翻译探讨

摘    要:接受美学是读者的审美经验创造作品的过程,它发掘出作品中的种种意蕴。艺术品不具有永恒性,只具有被不同社会、不同历史时期的读者不断接受的历史性。艺术的接受是显示赞同与拒绝的审美活动。审美经验是美学实践的中介。现以接受美学翻译理论的核心思想为依托,阐述湘莱翻译应以受众为中心,力求重塑源语言的应用价值、美学价值和社会价值,将湘莱从物性存在中解放出来,使其获得审美艺术的生命力从而为受众所接受。

Abstract:Acceptance aesthetics is a process of creating works with the readers'aesthetic experience,in which,the implications of the works will be explored.Artworks are not eternal,but can be accepted by readers in different societies and historical periods.The acceptance of arts is an activity showing agree- ment and refusal.Based on the core idea of acceptance aesthetics translation theory,this article puts for- ward that the translation of Hunan Cuisine should focus on the consumers and remodel the application value,aesthetics value and social value of language,so that Hunan Cuisine will be accepted by consumers with its aesthetics vitality.
